  1. Garlic Butter Sirloin Steak
    Garlic Butter Sirloin Steak
    Preheat outdoor grill on high. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat with garlic powder and minced garlic. Set aside. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Coat with garlic butter mixture. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. When done, transfer to warmed plates. Makes 4-6 Steaks.

    Peppered Ribeye Steaks
    Combine 1TBL olive oil, 1TBL garlic powder, 1TBL paprika, 2TSP ground thyme, 2TSP ground oregano, 1TSP pepper, 1TSP salt, 1TSP, cayenne pepper, 1TSP crushed red pepper. Sprinkle seasonings over steaks and press into both sides. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Slice across grain into thick slices. Serve. Makes 4-6 steaks.
  3. Grilled Sirloin w/ Mushroom Sauce
    Grilled Sirloin w/ Mushroom Sauce
    Sprinkle steak seasoning on steaks; Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Meanwhile, in skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in 1lb small mushrooms, 1/4C butter, 1/2C beef broth, 1TBL Dijon mustard, 1/2TSP crushed rosemary, 1/2TSP dried thyme. Bring to a boil; cook until reduced by about half. Serve with 4-6 steaks.
  4. Grilled NY Strip Steaks
    Grilled NY Strip Steaks
    Blend in a container with a lid the following ingredients; 1/2C soy sauce, 2TSP olive oil, 2TSP ketchup, 1TSP minced garlic, 1TSP oregano, 1TSP pepper. Place steaks in container. Marinate 3 or more hours, turning frequently. Grill on Medium heat to desired doneness. Makes 4 steaks.
  5. Grilled Sirloin Steak Kabobs
    Grilled Sirloin Steak Kabobs
    Mix 1TSP dried dillweed, 1TBL lemon juice, 1TBL olive oil, 1TBL honey mustard, 1/4TSP salt, 1/4TSP pepper. Cut steak into 1in cubes, cut Med bell pepper, use about 16 Med mushrooms. Thread skewers with steak, peppers, mushrooms. Grill on Med heat to desired doneness, turning and basting kabobs frequently with oil mixture.
